Karin's beloved house, Serenity was named after the home, sweet home of our favorite space pirates from Firefly. She built her tiny house a couple years ago and lived in a few other spots before she founded Simply Home Community. Karin's house is 20' long and 8' wide for a total footprint of approximately 160 square feet. It has a wee porch, French doors, a desk, a sitting spot, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a sleeping loft. Serenity seemed to put down roots as soon as Karin nestled her into her spot behind the plum tree.
