I'm Tony, and I built the Rustic. These days Chris rents my Tiny from me. Meanwhile, Aline and I live in The Big House. We have a brand new baby and were not enthusiastic about raising a screaming baby in 123 sq ft. :D
I grew up in a log cabin, and I built The Rustic to reflect the coziness of a cabin.
It is 16' long, standard trailer width. It has a loft for sleeping, a shower, a composting toilet, a galley kitchen, plenty of storage, and a little living room.
I had a LOT of help from friends, many of whom are now living in Simply Home Community. :D I love that we live in a time where information is so readily available on the internet. I didn't know how to properly install a window. A few youtube videos later, and I do! It's a very empowering time to be alive.
